Commonly referred to as ornamental structures or ornate houses, each vault or crypt is built on an area of land 4m x 4m in dimensions.  Constructed by a builder approved by the cemetery trust, the vaults generally have four levels catering for up to 12 caskets.

The trust ensures that all guidelines are met concerning above-ground interments as per the Department of Public Health Act
